In back 1952 he had a great knowledge of math and accounting so it was not that tough to get a job and he worked as a Munim (Accountant) in one of the firm in Kolkatayounger brothers and was completely involved in that industry.
His dedication to work was never let down and that what showed him a highly visionary path which even he didn’t knew will change his life.
1958, This Village life changed his life he did a good earnings and was a well known all-in-one store owner for that village and nearby village, his reach went higher and he was offered a partnership for Oil Mill in Angul District, Odisha  (Earlier it was in Dhenakanl District) and after that offer his Industrialist venture was born from where he never looked back.He gave the ownership to his both the younger brothers and was completely involved in that industry.
His Journey took a U turn and in 1953 he started his own 1st venture, he used to carry groceries in his Bullacart and move till the dawn and his destiny took him to a village named Naktidheul, Sambalpur,Odisha and with all positive vibes he decided to settle down with his 2 younger brothers in that village.
His dedication to work was never let down and that what showed him a highly visionary path which even he didn’t knew will change his life.
Year 1968, As the children where growing both the partner decided to divide the business mutually and this was how Jay Hanuman Oil Mill was born. Which in less time took more then 30% of the market share and was growing day and night and in no time Rice mill was incorporated by him and Jay Hanuman Oil Mill was replaced with Jay Hanuman Oil and Rice Mill.
Year 1989, Our Beloved and Founder Shri Satyanarayan Ji Agarwalla left us by giving his three sons the real mantra of belief and success. Sorrow was all around but he left with a smile which encouraged everyone and to reboot their lives, his few lines that has imprinted on whose path we are running till now “Kbhi Peeche mudd ke maat dekho, humesha 50 saal aage ki socho, jitna hosake logo ki madat kro or unhe bhi utazit kro ki wo aage badhe, kamyab bane.” With this thought he left us. And, he will be always in our heart, mind and soul.
After 1989, all the three son named as Shri Radhyeshyam Agarwalla, Shri Bijay Kumar Agarwalla & the youngest one Shri Omprakash Agarwalla took the charge of the venture and where divided Themselves in different segments. Further in 1991, Shri Omprakash Agarwalla jumped to a different segment and this was how Meera Industries was formed. As the segment was completely different so no one supported and with Rs. 50000.00 in his pocket Which again was borrowed from friend and relatives he jumped into the business.
